Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: East Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy printing company in East Mesa! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure all job details are entered into the production system.
Provide updates to customers on order status, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with the production and shipping teams to ensure on-time order completion.
Handle billing questions, quotes, and order adjustments as needed.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with general office and administrative support as required.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (experience in printing, manufacturing, or production environments is a plus).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
