Location: Phoenix, AZ 85019
Compensation: $22–$30 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 1st shit 5:30am-2pm
The Deburr Operator is responsible for performing a variety of finishing tasks to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal components. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in precision metal manufacturing. The operator will receive on-the-job training and work under direct supervision during the initial training period (minimum of six months).
Other duties may be assigned as required.
Complete deburring operations per work order instructions.
Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
Work across various areas of the shop as directed by supervision.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S practices.
To perform this role successfully, an individual must meet the following requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Acceptable mechanical aptitude and communication skills.
Minimum vision requirement: near and far vision of 20/30 in both eyes (corrected or uncorrected).
Manual dexterity to handle small, delicate parts and measuring tools simultaneously.
Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions using common sense and sound judgment.
Strong cooperation and communication with team members and supervision.
Entry-level position – 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred.

Additional Notes:
Basic skills to perform standard operator tasks.
Work is routine and closely supervised, with defined procedures.
Regular exposure to moderate noise levels.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Visual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to drive and operate a forklift (certification preferred or will be trained).
