Are you passionate about creating high-quality products in a dynamic and safety-focused environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Dough Maker to join their team and ensure the production of wholesome, contamination-free products that meet rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Dough Maker
Produce products in compliance with our client's Quality Standards and Specifications.
Complete all required production documentation according to company policies.
Attend and complete any company-sponsored training sessions.
Prioritize safety in all daily activities and report any unsafe acts or conditions to a supervisor.
Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is operational and free from foreign materials.
Procure product specifications and formulas according to the production schedule.
Request necessary ingredients to meet required product quantities.
Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report any deviations.
Operate assigned equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate with the Die Cut Operator regarding dough performance.
Inform management of any unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Requirements of the Dough Maker
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
Willingness to attend and complete training sessions.
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ability to prioritize safety and report any safety concerns.
Proficiency in operating equipment according to S.O.Ps.
