Do you have an electrical assembly background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for an Electrical Assembler candidate for a Custom Water Purification company in Chaska, MN. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 years’ experience in mechanical assembly role.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 1st shift

Responsibilities for Electrical Assembly Associates on 1st shift position.

  • Read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams to assemble components and install electrical wiring.
  • Install and wire devices such as switches, meters, analyzers, transmitters, etc.
  • Connect circuits and subassemblies by cutting, stripping, bending and forming wire cable, conduit, pipe and tubes.
  • Connect color-coded wires in small, compact areas.
  • Solder and crimp connections.
  • Identify errors in diagrams and discuss with management to be able to work through any assembly problems.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.

Requirements for Electrical Assembly Associates on 1st shift position.

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals. Strong attention to detail.
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Specific vision abilities are required for this position; including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Good physical stamina, regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel. Occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
