Electro-Mechanical Assembler II – Advanced Manufacturing
Location: West Boylston, MA
Pay: $22–$26 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Build advanced technology in a clean, modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility.

We are hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler II to build mechanical assemblies, electrical assemblies, pneumatic assemblies, electrical panels, and small complex biomedical devices. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who wants to grow their skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will work from written procedures, bills of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to complete detailed builds that meet high-quality workmanship standards. You will also work closely with Engineering and Quality teams and support the build of advanced products used in real-world applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Build mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies
  • Assemble small complex biomedical devices and advanced equipment
  • Work from written instructions, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly and fabrication work
  • Assemble electrical panels, electrical boxes, chassis, power supplies, and cables
  • Perform point-to-point wiring using wire run lists and diagrams
  • Integrate sub-assemblies into larger systems and equipment
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Follow workmanship standards and customer specifications
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality Assurance on assembly requirements
  • Learn new product builds and help share knowledge with other team members
  • Work independently and in small team settings

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical school or trade school background preferred
  • Hands-on electro-mechanical, electrical, or mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and BOMs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Able to identify problems and help find solutions

Helpful Experience

  • Electrical panel assembly
  • Point-to-point wiring
  • Complex panels with multiple components
  • Large wire run lists
  • Cleanroom environment experience
  • Large-scale capital equipment assembly
  • PC hardware, software installation, or configuration experience
  • Biomedical device or medical device manufacturing experience
