Job Title:Production Assembly Technician II (Full-Time)
Location: Westborough Ma
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift


Production Assembly Technician

Are you someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working hands-on with mechanical and electrical components? We are looking for detail-oriented manufacturing professionals who take pride in quality work and enjoy being part of a collaborative production team.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Assemble electro-mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components and systems

· Perform electrical panel assembly and point-to-point wiring

· Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs)

· Route cables, install wiring harnesses, and integrate components into final assemblies

· Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues as needed

· Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers to complete precision work

· Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and quality standards

· Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful builds

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing production (Required)

· Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation

· Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

· Complex wire routing or large wire run list builds

· Capital equipment or large machine assembly

· Clean room or regulated manufacturing environments
