1st Shift
5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday

• Starting Pay: $13.00/hour
• Increases to $14.50/hour upon successful completion of training
• First Day Start Time: 8:30 AM

2nd Shift
2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday-Thursday

• Starting Pay: $14.00/hour
• Increases to $15.50/hour upon successful completion of training
• Start date and reporting time will be confirmed once selected

Position Overview
As an Embroidery Operator in Training, you will learn how to operate embroidery machines used to personalize apparel and accessories. Training includes machine operation, quality inspection, trimming, packaging, order verification, and basic Cleanup and Quality Control responsibilities. Attention to detail is important as you will be responsible for ensuring designs, thread colors, and product specifications meet customer expectations and Marley Lilly quality standards.

First Day Instructions
All associates will begin their assignment by meeting with a Masis Staffing representative.
On your first day:

• Park in the designated employee parking area.
• Enter through the Employee Entrance.
• Check in upon arrival.
• Have your badge photo taken.
• Complete onboarding and safety training.
• Learn about Marley Lilly, company expectations, and production procedures.
• Begin department-specific training.

• No smoking or vaping is allowed on company property.
• Smoking or vaping must take place off property.
• Employees should not return to work with strong smoke, vape, perfume, cologne, or other heavy odors on their clothing.
