June – August | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
$22–$28/hour
Get hands-on experience working on real products in medical devices, robotics, and automation. Work alongside engineers to support builds, improve processes, and bring products from concept to production.
Level I – Entry Level
Support product builds, update documentation, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
Skills: Basic computer skills, strong problem-solving, ability to learn BOMs, schematics, and use hand tools.
Level II – Intermediate
Troubleshoot production issues, support process improvements, and interpret technical drawings.
Skills: Experience reading schematics and assembly drawings, use of tools and test equipment, familiarity with ERP/MRP or CAD is a plus.
Level III – Advanced
Lead build support, improve workflows, and assist with engineering documentation and training.
Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting, ability to interpret complex drawings and process flows, experience with ERP/MRP systems and CAD tools.
Gain real-world experience, work with experienced engineers, and build skills that lead to full-time careers.
