Equipment Operator Summary :
Experienced and safety-conscious Equipment Operator with hands-on experience operating a variety of heavy machinery, including sit-down forklifts, reach truck forklifts, and ride-on pallet jacks. Skilled in performing routine maintenance checks and ensuring all equipment operations adhere to strict safety standards and company policies. Known for reliability, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
 

• Operate heavy equipment such as sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, and stack materials in warehouses, distribution centers, or production areas.

• Conduct daily safety inspections and routine maintenance checks on all equipment.

• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Read and interpret work orders, load tags, and shipping/receiving documents accurately.

• Assist with inventory control by accurately scanning, labeling, and documenting materials.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and report any unsafe conditions to supervisors.

• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work and resolve issues promptly.

• Support shipping, receiving, and production operations as needed.

• Report equipment malfunctions or needed repairs in a timely manner.

Equipment Operator Requirements:

• High School Diploma 
• Previous experience in equipment operator as ride on pallet jack, reach truck forklift, sit down forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation/ Equipment Operator
Salary: $19.00/hr.
