Masis Professional Group is hiring on behalf of our client – a trusted leader in manufacturing. We are seeking multiple candidates for a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity for Assemblers, Equipment Operator and Machine Techs.
MULTIPLE SHIFT OPENINGS | WEEKLY PAY + OVERTIME | ROOM FOR GROWTH
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR II (Contract to Hire)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Safely operate assigned equipment, interpret machine faults, manage line clearance needs, and ensure continuous production.
ENTRY LEVEL ASSEMBLER
SCHEDULE: 5-day work week (Saturdays as needed)
1ST SHIFT: Monday–Friday, 6:45am – 3:15pm (OPEN)
PAY: $18/hr + overtime | Weekly pay
MACHINE OPERATOR
SCHEDULE: 5-day work week (Saturdays as needed)
1ST SHIFT: Mon–Fri, 6:45am – 3:15pm | $22/HR
2ND SHIFT: Mon–Fri, 2:45pm – 11:15pm | $23/HR
3RD SHIFT: Sun–Thu, 10:45pm – 7:15am | $23.50/HR
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Start-up from power-off state; complete traceability & startup checklists
Level I preventive maintenance
Changeovers, line clearance, electronic batch records
Pull QC test samples; fill hoppers/bowls
Troubleshoot machine issues; escalate as needed
Update production boards (output, downtime, waste, quality)
Maintain 5S standards
Follow all safety, environmental, and company compliance standards
TEAM OPERATOR
SCHEDULE: 5-day work week (Saturdays as needed)
1ST SHIFT: Mon–Fri, 6:45am – 3:15pm (FULL)
2ND SHIFT: Mon–Fri, 2:45pm – 11:15pm | $21/HR
3RD SHIFT: Sun–Thu, 10:45pm – 7:15am | $21.50/HR
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Take process readings; perform required testing
Conduct audits to identify nonconforming product
Complete nonconformance & hold documentation
Pull inspection samples from molded components
Create trace labels, container labels, pallet sheets; scan barcodes
Complete changeover paperwork
Assist in training new operators (OJT)
Maintain 5S standards in assigned area
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (ALL ROLES)
Good verbal/written communication in English
Computer literate
Sound judgment for troubleshooting & product disposition
Strong interpersonal skills
Follow verbal & written instructions accurately
At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED + 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred (or relevant Technical Certificate)
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Use of manufacturing equipment; close proximity to moving machinery
May include clean room (gowning) or open production area (noise, moving equipment)
Lift up to 35 lbs; push/pull up to 80 lbs
Standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, bilateral hand/wrist/upper body motion
Concentrated visual attention for product checks
Travel less than 5% of time
