A leading mechanical services provider specializing in HVAC, Boiler/Burner, and Mechanical systems for commercial and industrial clients throughout Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Estimator. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, developing detailed project proposals, and managing HVAC and Boiler-related projects from design to completion.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
Review facilities, design systems, estimate projects, and prepare proposals.
Manage awarded HVAC and Boiler projects through completion.
Coordinate with field teams and ensure quality, safety, and budget standards are met.
Identify opportunities for additional services or system upgrades.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC field experience.
Working knowledge of major HVAC brands (Trane, Carrier, York, etc.).
Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent computer proficiency and professional appearance.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Must pass drug screening and background check.
