Extruder Operators

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Extruder Operators on the 3rd shift. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities of the Extruder Operators
Set up, operate, monitor, clean, and maintain extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment.
Evaluate products and processes, making necessary adjustments to optimize quality and output.
Perform line clearance activities to maintain product integrity.
Monitor and troubleshoot production lines, products, and operating equipment, including dryers.
Unload, package, and label products to ensure the highest quality of tubing.
Conduct moisture analysis on raw materials and perform quality inspections using various measurement tools.
Complete documentation accurately and timely, including data entry and written records.
Monitor material and supply levels, communicating re-order needs to ensure continuous operations.
Requirements of the Extruder Operators
Ability to perform quality inspections and checks according to control plans and blueprints.
Adherence to housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Knowledge of safety requirements and practices, including the use of PPE.
Ability to complete necessary training, including Rauwendaal ITX series and internal operator training.
Capability to obtain a Level 1 qualification card within 12 months.
Willingness to perform other duties as required, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
