Pay: $30.00/hour
Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, rotating schedule
We are hiring an experienced Extrusion Lead Operator for a manufacturing facility in Leominster, MA. This position is responsible for leading extrusion operations during the night shift while remaining hands-on with equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and production support.
This position follows a rotating 12-hour schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
Lead and support extrusion operators throughout the shift.
Set up, operate, and adjust extrusion equipment.
Monitor production quality and process conditions.
Troubleshoot equipment and extrusion process issues.
Perform basic inspections and preventive maintenance.
Help minimize scrap, downtime, and production issues.
Train and support operators on equipment and processes.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams.
Previous extrusion, plastics processing, or similar manufacturing experience.
Previous lead, supervisory, or senior operator experience.
Strong machine setup and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand and adjust manufacturing process parameters.
Experience with PET extrusion is strongly preferred.
Approximately 5 years of manufacturing equipment experience preferred.
Ability to work the overnight rotating schedule.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
