Fabrication Machine Operator

Tolleson, AZ

Job Summary:

Operate and set up press brakes with various dies
Operate metal shears for cutting materials to spec
Interpret shop drawings and blueprints for accurate part fabrication
Use dimensional measurement tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
Work closely with team members to complete jobs on schedule
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Required Skills & Experience

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Press brake experience required, including setup using different dies
Shear operation experience
Comfortable reading and understanding shop drawings
Proficient with basic measurement tools (at minimum, a tape measure)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice to Have (but not required)

Experience with other fabrication equipment (e.g., laser, punch, weld)
Forklift certification
Previous work in a job shop or metal fabrication setting
