Our client is seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and safety of their site. Join our client's team and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager (24523)
Oversee facility maintenance, compliance, and safety, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Research and recommend strategies for optimizing factory floor utilization and operational flows.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities impacting revenue and costs.
Provide guidance on solving technical problems related to equipment and building needs.
Manage reporting requirements for regulatory agencies on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Develop and implement policies for safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental engineering.
Support the implementation and maintenance of an Environmental Management System (EMS) focused on energy reduction and waste elimination.
Requirements of the Facilities Manager (24523)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Math.
Over 10 years of experience in the electronics industry.
Strong understanding of EMS processes for printed circuit board manufacturing.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively.
Maintain quality system controls for factory and EMS.
U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual status required due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance.
