Masis Professional Group is seeking a Facilities Mechanic responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and mechanical equipment. This includes engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Maintain and repair air compressors, cooling towers, forklifts, doors, blowers, dock plates, and facility grounds.
Perform miscellaneous plumbing, carpentry, and demolition work throughout the plant.
Move and reposition machinery as required for maintenance or operational needs.
Support outside vendors and contractors during maintenance and service work.
Manage hazardous waste storage sheds, including completing required checklists and coordinating removal operations.
Provide support to other departments and assist with safety-related projects as needed.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Strong mechanical and fabrication skills.
Plumbing and carpentry experience is a plus.
Good communication and written documentation skills.
DOT Transportation of Hazardous Materials Certification required.
