Financial Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a collaborative wealth management team. This individual will take ownership of client relationships, provide comprehensive financial planning guidance, and work closely with internal and external professionals to deliver thoughtful, personalized solutions. 

Financial Advisor Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated group of client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and leading regular client meetings, communications, and ongoing service needs.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans by evaluating clients’ financial circumstances, goals, and objectives and recommending appropriate strategies.
• Build new and existing client relationships by supporting business development, onboarding new clients, and identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s relationships.
• Collaborate with clients’ CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and other professional advisors to coordinate solutions across financial planning, tax, estate, and investment needs.
• Serve as a resource and leader within the team by mentoring junior professionals, contributing to specialized areas of expertise, and helping improve internal processes and client service.

Financial Advisor Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP®, CPA, or JD designation preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within wealth management, financial planning, or a related advisory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and provide integrated advice across multiple areas of financial planning.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial planning software preferred.

Financial Advisor Compensation

• $80K – $120K base salary plus variable income
