Financial Advisor

The Financial Advisor will take ownership of a portfolio of client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor within a growing wealth management practice. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of direct client advisory experience, including a strong background in financial planning and investment strategy. This individual should be comfortable leading client meetings, developing comprehensive recommendations, and addressing sophisticated financial planning needs with limited onboarding. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple client priorities effectively.

Financial Advisor Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships by serving as the primary advisor and independently leading client meetings and ongoing financial planning discussions.
• Develop, analyze, and present comprehensive financial plans addressing retirement, tax, estate, insurance, education, charitable giving, asset protection, and elder care needs.
• Partner with Client Service and Investment Management teams to coordinate client initiatives, manage follow-up items, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client work.
• Collaborate with clients' CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors to coordinate and implement financial strategies.
• Provide investment guidance including portfolio construction, investment monitoring, rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, cash management, and analysis of alternative investments such as private credit, private real estate, and private equity.

Financial Advisor Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience serving as a lead advisor, with 5+ years of direct experience advising clients on financial planning and investment strategy preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant discipline.
• CFP® designation required.
• Strong understanding of comprehensive wealth planning, investment management, retirement, tax, estate, and insurance strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and wealth management technology, including eMoney, Salesforce/XLR8, Orion, calendaring platforms, and comparable systems.

Financial Advisor Compensation

• $70K – $80K based on experience and qualifications.
