Financial Advisor

Akron, OH

Our client is a fast-growing, well-established wealth management firm headquartered in Pittsburgh. They currently have over $2.5 billion in assets under management for over 1,000 private households. This position will report to the Regional Managing Director of the Akron, OH location and you will work directly with her to support a client base of 100 households.

Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

Business Development: will work closely with the Regional Managing Director to develop new client relationships by working with existing partners in an established network of Centers of Influence.
Client Advice: will work closely with the Regional Managing Director to provide a high level of personalized wealth management services to the firm’s private clients.
Client Reviews and Retention: will be responsible for independently managing the client review process in the firm’s Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
Financial Planning: must be able to develop comprehensive financial plans using the firm’s interactive planning software (MoneyGuidePro).

Financial Advisor Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and significant professional designation (CFP®, CFA, etc.)
Advanced degree (MBA, J.D., PhD) preferred
5 or more years of experience in one or more private client disciplines (banking, investment, trust or financial planning) preferred
Possession of a Series 65 License, knowledge of Salesforce and/or MoneyGuidePro are desired, but not required.

Financial Advisor Compensation:

$75K – $100K salary dependent on experience
Bonuses based on performance
