Food Production Associate – Chelsea, MA (Overtime Available)

A busy and growing food manufacturing and distribution facility located in Chelsea, MA is hiring Production Associates to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking stable work with plenty of overtime available.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the production and packaging of food products
Follow recipes, instructions, and production schedules
Operate basic production equipment and machinery
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and food handling guidelines

Requirements:

Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Schedule:

Full-time hours
Overtime available based on production needs
