Salary: $18 Monthly production bonus $150-$400
Benefit: Holiday Pay, Vacation, Boot reimbursement.
Schedule: 1st shift Weekly pay

Masis Staffing is seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Workers to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. If you have experience in industrial construction and are committed to safety and efficiency, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities and Skills:

Forkllift/Order Picker
Selects lumber grades and lengths in accordance with ‘pick’ lists provided by truss technicians to ensure saws are able to continually cut lumber by performing the following duties.

Reads pick list to determine items to be moved or gathered
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to saw or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials into designated area according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

Up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Description: Construction workers in our company will be responsible for collecting, cutting, stacking, and assembling wood. They will also operate machinery and inspect the final work. Construction workers are also responsible for maintaining equipment, collaborating with other workers, and ensuring safety at all times.
