Looking for a steady opportunity where your warehouse experience and equipment-handling skills are valued? We’re hiring Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team and play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

In this position, you’ll operate forklifts and Raymond reach trucks to move, load, unload, and organize inventory throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely load and unload trailers containing incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Operate forklifts and Raymond reach trucks to move pallets and place materials into warehouse racks.

• Transport materials to shipping, staging areas, sample request locations, and recycling trailers.

• Perform physical inventory counts and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.

• Repack materials as needed and use floor scales to verify quantities and counts.

• Maintain an organized warehouse and keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.

• Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and inventory documentation requirements.

• Communicate inventory discrepancies, quality concerns, and operational issues to supervisors.

• Assist with additional warehouse duties to support daily production and shipping goals.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1–2 years of forklift operating experience, or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience operating a Raymond reach truck.

• Ability to safely handle, move, and store warehouse materials.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written procedures and complete required documentation accurately.

• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and commitment to workplace safety.

Pay Rates

• Night Shift: $19.00/hour
