Job Overview
This role is responsible for operating high reach forklifts and managing inbound and outbound freight activities. The position supports inventory accuracy and maintains safety standards in a warehouse environment. You will collaborate with the logistics team to execute shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the unloading of all inbound freight and maintain written documentation of transactions
• Develop and verify the accuracy of inbound freight bills and sign for materials
• Support data entry into the computer system and post relevant information
• Collaborate in picking, staging, and shipping finished goods orders using scanners
• Ensure inventory accuracy by rotating product date codes during pulling operations
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards according to company and USDA regulations
Qualifications Required:
• • Fluency in written and oral English
• • High school diploma or equivalent
• • Experience navigating a Raymond 7500 Stand-Up Forklift with retractable forks
• • Two or more years of shipping and receiving experience
• • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in cold environments
Preferred:
• • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
Compensation
From $45,000 per year
