Sit-Down Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

$21.73/hour | Plover, WI

Masis Staffing is hiring Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Plover, WI.

Schedule: 1st Shift — start and end times may vary based on operational needs. Typical schedules include:

5:30 AM–2:00 PM
7:00 AM–3:30 PM
9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
Transport products and materials to designated areas.
Support production and warehouse operations.
Follow safety, GMP, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work Environment:

Food manufacturing environment.
Production areas approximately 40°F.
Packing areas approximately 70°F.
Steel-toe, slip-resistant shoes required.
Standing and repetitive movements required.
No jewelry, piercings, fake eyelashes, artificial nails, or nail polish permitted in production areas.

Qualifications:

Sit-down forklift experience required.
Previous warehouse or food manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to work overtime or occasional Saturdays as needed
