Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you interested in working with an automotive warehouse as a forklift operator? If so, Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for sit-down forklift operators to fill full time positions for all shifts with a company in Ladson, SC. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience as a forklift operator and previous experience working in a warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Daily inspection and documentation of forklift.
Assist in receiving cargo by removing it from the truck by forklift.
Inspect freight for damage when received and shipping freight.
Operate forklift and transport freight with care, causing no damage to freight.
Verify and note the count and condition of cargo received.
Assist in segregating cargo received by account or intended location.

Requirements:

Must have 2 years experience as a forklift operator (sit-down)
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be adaptable and flexible
Must display a positive attitude while working well as a team
Ability to work 2 weekends a month

Compensation/Benefits for the Sit-Down Forklift Operator:

$18/hour

Hours/Shift time:

1st: Monday – Friday: 6am – 2:15pm; 2 Saturdays a month
2nd: Monday – Thursday: 2:10pm – 10:10pm; Friday: 2:10pm – 11:25pm; 2 Saturdays a month
3rd: Sunday: 8:50pm – 6:05am; Monday – Thursday: 10:05pm – 6:05am; 2 Fridays a month
