Key Responsibilities

Stage jobs, load/unload trucks, and move stock between work areas.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks (manual/electric), and other material-handling equipment.
Load materials securely using strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage.
Place materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves as directed.
Maintain clean and safe work areas following all safety and housekeeping standards.
Follow company policies, security procedures, and ISO requirements.
Perform other related duties as needed to support efficient operations.

Skills & Physical Requirements

Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.
Stand for extended periods during assigned shifts.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and basic mechanical aptitude.
Proficient in basic math and computer/data entry (MIS systems).
