Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator
Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products
Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
Prepare shipping labels and documentation
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform inventory counts and help manage stock levels
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Follow company safety procedures and policies
Requirements of the Forklift Operator
Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role
Valid forklift certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines
