Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects and report issues promptly
Verify and record shipment details, shortages, and discrepancies
Tag, stage, and palletize raw materials upon receipt
Accurately label, organize, and track materials in the system
Load and unload trucks; handle materials safely and efficiently
Prepare shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, etc.)
Use shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, Process Shipper) to post charges and tracking info
Ensure shipment accuracy and resolve lost shipment claims
Conduct physical and cycle inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety guidelines
