Job Title: General Labor
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $17-$18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM with potential over-time on Friday's.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist in the production of rubber safety guards used to protect mining equipment. This role involves physically demanding work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Busting, building, resetting, and aligning rubber molds
Using hand and power tools
Inspecting molds for proper setup and readiness
Moving materials, molds, and finished products throughout the facility
Heavy lifting (50+ lbs), pushing, pulling, bending, squatting
Standing and working on your feet for most or all of the shift
Following all safety rules and company procedures
Maintaining strict attendance and punctuality
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
