Job Details for General Laborer:

• Salary: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities for General Laborer:

• Pick and pack products according to order specifications
• Lift, carry, and move items weighing 50 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift
• Ensure items are correctly labeled, packaged, and ready for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Use handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Job Requirements for General Laborer:

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and safely
• Prior warehouse, picking/packing, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
