What You’ll Do:

Assemble wooden trusses using manual and electrical tools
Operate truss building machines efficiently and safely
Stage and palletize finished products for shipment
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Assist in measuring, cutting, and verifying materials according to specifications

Required Skills:

At least 1 year of machine operation experience
Prior experience in truss building or general construction labor
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong reading, comprehension, and task completion skills
Willingness to work in a hot environment and adhere to safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience operating load movers (forklift or similar equipment)
Basic carpentry or construction background
Ability to work scheduled weekends or flexible shifts

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior construction, manufacturing, or related labor experience highly valued

Other Requirements:

Steel-toe safety shoes are mandatory
Availability to work overtime or different shifts as needed
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
