General Labor
$18/hr.
M-F 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment used in the assembly of solar panels.
Handle raw materials and components to feed production lines.
Inspect products for defects and ensure panels meet quality and safety standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Accurately record production data and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production setting preferred (solar industry experience a plus).
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools.
Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
