General Labor – Production

We are looking for dependable Production Workers to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and following established production and safety procedures.

Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $14.50/hour

Responsibilities

Perform general production and manufacturing tasks according to work instructions.
Operate basic production equipment and report any issues to a supervisor.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
Complete production paperwork and track completed work as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Follow all company safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
Comfortable working around production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
