Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for General Laborers to fill full-time, temp to perm position for FIRST shift with our client in Summerville, SC.
Responsibilities:
? Receive, inspect, and unload incoming flower shipments.
? Process, sort, hydrate, and organize fresh flowers according to quality standards.
? Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and retail orders accurately.
? Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
? Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
? Support general warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
? Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
? Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
? Previous warehouse, production, retail, or floral experience is preferred but not required.
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
? Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a cooler environment for extended periods.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
? Reliable transportation and good attendance are required.
? Ability to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons when needed.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other applicable state, federal, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other applicable state, federal, and local standards.
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible team player.
Work Environment:
? Fast-paced warehouse handling fresh flowers.
? Frequent lifting, carrying, and repetitive movements.
? Exposure to refrigerated areas to preserve flower quality.
