General Manager – Parts & Service Operations (Commercial & Industrial Boilers)

A well-established industrial services company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a growing Parts & Service operation. This individual will oversee sales, operations, and team performance within a customer-focused environment, driving continued growth and operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of business operations with a strong emphasis on parts sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

  • Drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships to achieve growth objectives.

  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to a team of service and sales professionals.

  • Monitor financial and operational performance, ensuring KPIs and safety standards are consistently met.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align local strategy with broader organizational goals.

  • Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, employee engagement, and customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus).

  • 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience within industrial, mechanical, or HVAC parts/service operations.

  • Proven success in managing P&L responsibility and driving revenue through sales and service excellence.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a focus on team development.

  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver high-quality service.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
