General Production Worker – Manufacturing Plant

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, hardworking General Production Workers to support daily operations at a manufacturing facility in Plover, WI.

This hands-on position involves general plant cleaning, material handling, production support, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the manufacturing facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, and breakrooms.

• Empty trash containers, scrap bins, and production waste containers.

• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean and safe production floors.

• Sort, organize, and handle cans, packaging materials, and other production items.

• Collect and return acceptable materials to designated production areas.

• Assist production operators and maintenance personnel as needed.

• Provide break coverage for production employees when assigned and trained.

• Identify and report equipment issues or unsafe conditions to supervisors.

• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and daily housekeeping tasks.

• Follow all plant safety procedures and attend required training.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, general labor, or industrial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in an active manufacturing environment.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around production equipment.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Occasional ladder climbing and working at or above shoulder height.

• Ability to remain physically active throughout a 12-hour shift.
