Job: General Warehouse
Location: Greenville, SC (On-site)
Pay: $18.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire)

Position Summary

We’re seeking a General Warehouse Associate with forklift experience and strong power tool/hand tool knowledge. This role supports daily warehouse operations including picking, staging, material handling, and order prep. Manufacturing experience is a plus, especially for candidates familiar with production environments, SOPs, and safety-driven workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment (as assigned)
  • Use power tools and hand tools safely (ex: cutters, tape measure, basic shop/warehouse tools)
  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials for orders; follow pick/pack or fulfillment processes
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist with loading/unloading, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work area
  • Support a “safety-first” culture: follow PPE requirements and participate in safety training
  • Perform general warehouse duties as needed in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Forklift operation experience (stand-up or sit-down depending on site needs)
  • Comfortable using power tools and hand tools (including measuring and basic math)
  • Ability to read work instructions and follow written procedures
  • Strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift/move heavy materials (role may require 75–100 lbs regularly)
  • Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
  • Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required for site tasks)
