Job Summary:
Masis Staffing is looking for a dependable General Labor Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position involves moving materials, assisting with picking, shipping, receiving, and other general warehouse tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
Assist with picking, packing, staging, and preparing orders for shipment.
Operate an electric pallet jack and other material-handling equipment as needed.
Assist with receiving and putting away inventory.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Follow work orders and instructions from warehouse leadership.
Work safely and efficiently while meeting daily productivity expectations.
Assist other warehouse team members with various tasks as needed.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack or willingness to learn.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
