Are you a motivated and flexible individual with a knack for communication and technology? Our client is seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) team player to join their dynamic warehouse team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a supervisory position while supporting warehouse operations and delivery coordination.
Responsibilities of the General Warehouse
Communicate effectively with delivery drivers and warehouse team members.
Accurately record data using the client's specific system, with training provided.
Operate a forklift and assist with day-to-day warehouse operations.
Support the Warehouse Manager in preparing driver routes, inventory management, and data entry.
Promote teamwork and ensure drivers fulfill their designated responsibilities.
Input daily production counts into BPCS and generate necessary reports.
Address safety concerns and report them to the appropriate party.
Requirements of the General Warehouse
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email.
Experience operating a forklift.
Ability to comply with and execute instructions from the Warehouse Manager.
Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple departments.
Ability to read and comprehend production schedules and adapt to changes.
General understanding of warehouse job functions to effectively communicate with drivers and management.
Compensation/Benefits for the General Warehouse
$17.00-$19.00/HR
