• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Masis Staffing Solutions is now hiring General Labor Workers / Kitting Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing and warehouse facility in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Whether you have experience as a Warehouse Associate, Production Worker, Assembly Line Worker, Packaging Associate, Order Picker, Material Handler, Manufacturing Associate, General Laborer, or Kitting Associate, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do as a General Labor Worker / Kitting Assembly

• Assemble and kit cardboard display products.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Pick and prepare customer orders.
• Use basic warehouse tools including:
  • Tape gun
  • Manual pallet jack
  • Box cutter
  • Plastic hammer
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking for General Labor Worker / Kitting Assembly

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.

Physical Requirements as a General Labor Worker / Kitting Assembly

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks.
• Occasionally sit when needed.
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs frequently.
• Good vision, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Experience Preferred but not required.
