A warehouse loading/unloading job involves the physical handling of goods, including loading, and unloading items from trucks and pallets, often using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. These roles require physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay starts at $15.49 with possibility of overtime. (Must have own transportation)
 

• Loading and unloading: This includes receiving freight shipments, unpacking and loading items onto trucks, and operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks. 
• Material handling: Moving goods within the warehouse, sometimes using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts. 
• Safety: Adhering to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation. 
• Documentation: Maintaining records of shipments and inventory. 
• Organization: Keeping the loading and unloading area clean and organized. 
• Coordination: Working with other warehouse staff to manage workflows. 
• Quality control: Inspecting items for damage during loading and unloading. 
• Inventory management: Assisting with inventory counts and restocking. 
• Other duties: May include tasks like assembling pallets, sorting items, and operating machinery like forklifts.
