Green Room Operator

Are you ready to dive into a unique role that combines precision and patience? Our client is seeking a dedicated Green Room Operator to join their team and ensure the smooth operation of their production process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance of hands-on work and downtime.
Responsibilities of the Green Room Operator
Operate levers to fill 2.5ft tall tanks with a non-toxic “mud” mixture.
Monitor the settling process of the mixture before proceeding to the next step.
Shovel settled mixture into large baking pans for further processing.
Coordinate with the forklift operator to ensure pans are moved into the oven efficiently.
Adhere to safety protocols and participate in EHS orientation on the first day.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements of the Green Room Operator
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Willingness to undergo EHS orientation and adhere to safety guidelines.
Physical capability to shovel and handle materials as required.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team.
Ability to manage downtime effectively and remain productive.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
