Guillotine Cutter Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Shift: Wednesday–Friday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; rotating schedule every four months

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced, dependable Guillotine Cutter Operator for an employee-owned graphic arts and online printing company in Chanhassen, MN.
The ideal candidate has experience operating guillotine cutting equipment and working in a print-production or bindery environment. Experience with folders, stitchers, and other print-finishing machinery is a plus.
Operate guillotine cutting equipment to cut printed materials according to job specifications.
Measure, align, and trim materials to ensure accurate dimensions.
Review job instructions and verify finished products meet quality standards.
Prepare and organize printed materials for additional production steps and shipping.
Assist with folding, stitching, collating, and other bindery tasks as needed.
Inspect materials for accuracy and identify defects.
Follow equipment operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Previous experience operating a guillotine cutter is strongly preferred.
Three or more years of bindery, cutting, or print-production experience preferred.
Knowledge of folders, stitchers, or other finishing equipment is a plus.
Ability to read and follow written job instructions.
Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Wednesday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Thursday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Friday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Three 12-hour shifts per week.
Schedule rotates every four months.
Additional training or schedule requirements may apply.
