Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with POS and reservation management software
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
Bilingual abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations and seating strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a host or in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
