Rooms Preventive Maintenance
Basic Electrician knowledge
Great clients
Basic Plumbing knowledge
Basic Furniture repair
Painting knowledge
Appliance troubleshooting

Requirements for the Hotel Area Repairs :

Must have 1 year of Hotel Area repairs ( Maintenance Tech)
MUST be able to work weekends and 1st shift, and alternate shifts
Full availability, including holidays, is a MUST
Ability to work outside and in hot environments
