Hotel Food Service – Cook Associates, Red Bank NJ
Are you passionate about food service and looking for an opportunity in hospitality? We are currently hiring a Hotel Food Service Associate to join a busy hotel culinary team. This Hotel Food Service Associate position includes opportunities for dishwashers, pantry cooks, banquet cooks, and line cooks. Training is available for some positions, and experienced culinary professionals are encouraged to apply.
Open Positions:

• Dishwashers $16.60
• Pantry cooks, $19.70
• Banquet cooks $20.26
• Line cooks $20.26

Responsibilities of the Hotel – Cook Associates:

• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with banquet and special event food preparation.
• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with food storage, inventory, and stocking.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.
• Support kitchen operations to ensure timely meal service.

Requirements for the Hotel – Cook Associates:

• Previous restaurant, food service, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Line Cook candidates must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety procedures.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Compensation and Benefits for the Hotel Cook Associates:

• Pay rates ranging from approximately $16.66 to $20.26 per hour depending on position and experience.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Day, evening, and weekend schedules available.
• Weekly pay.
• Training opportunities for select positions.
