Masis Staffing is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team in the Ayrsley area of Charlotte.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will help ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay by maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout suite-style guest rooms and common areas.

No previous hotel housekeeping experience is required. New team members will receive hands-on training and will shadow an experienced trainer for a minimum of two weeks to learn Hilton housekeeping standards and expectations.

Location: Ayrsley – Charlotte, NC
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM – approximately 4:30 PM
Weekend Availability Required – Every Other Saturday & Sunday

Schedule & Attendance Requirements

• Start time is 9:00 AM sharp
• Arrive approximately 15 minutes early and be ready to work at your scheduled start time
• Typical shift ends around 4:30 PM, depending on business needs
• Employees will receive a set weekly schedule
• Weekend availability is required
• Must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Ability to push/pull housekeeping carts
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Dress Code

Employees are required to maintain a clean and professional appearance:

• Black or navy-blue pants
• Black or navy-blue top (collared shirts preferred)
• No T-shirts
• Black or navy-blue shoes
• Black Crocs are permitted
• Clothing and footwear must be clean, neat, and in good condition

Training Provided

All new hires will receive hands-on training and will:

• Shadow an experienced housekeeping trainer for a minimum of two weeks
• Learn Hilton housekeeping standards and expectations
• Follow the same schedule as their assigned trainer during training
