Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and pristine environment for guests? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Housekeepers, ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Join our client’s team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities of the Housekeeping
Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with our client’s standards, adapting to scheduling needs.
Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
Comply with all safety and efficiency regulations to support smooth hotel operations.
Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
Complete all pre-cleaning duties, such as preparing guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager, including deep cleaning activities.
Requirements of the Housekeeping
High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with guests and team members.
Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and efficiently.
Capable of evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
Must be able to disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms for deep cleaning tasks when required.
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
Compensation/Benefits for the Housekeeping
$17.00/HR
