Pay: $35+ Per Hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs & Naples, FL
We are a family-owned HVAC company with consistent year-round work seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have 5+ years of hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience and take pride in delivering quality service, we want to talk to you.

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems (90% residential / 10% light commercial)
Accurately troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Represent the company professionally in the field
5+ years of HVAC service & troubleshooting experience
EPA Certification (Required)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and lead jobs when needed
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
