Hydro Mat Machine Operator (CNC)

Are you an experienced CNC operator looking to make a significant impact in a precision manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Hydro Mat Machine Operator to join their dynamic team on the 1st shift. If you have a knack for operating Swiss screw machines or Hydro Mat rotary transfer machines, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities of the Hydro Mat Machine Operator (CNC)
Set up and operate Hydro Mat and Swiss-style CNC screw machines.
Monitor and adjust machine operations to ensure optimal performance and part quality.
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Accurately document production data and inspection results.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Requirements of the Hydro Mat Machine Operator (CNC)
Previous experience with Hydro Mat equipment is strongly preferred.
Prior experience as a screw machine or Swiss machine operator is required.
Strong understanding of machining principles and blueprints.
Familiarity with precision measurement tools and inspection processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
